related resources (350 engineers) liaising with other functions (finance, engineering, etc.)

Develop the Project schedule processes & tools (standard best practices, audit & coaching, capitalisation). Manage schedule resources (schedulers in Europe & India) and the scheduling community (project leaders). Provide project scheduling support (projects up to 7 years, 70 team members, 50M€ budget).

For ST Microelectronics in Crolles & Rousset, deployment a traceability software platform for quality analysis and logistics of gases and liquid chemicals. Multiple customer centres and suppliers.

Delivered traceability and quality check of the entire flow of incoming products of the 3 targeted plants.

As an internal project, optimisation of the management of a hazardous gas storage centre.

Integrated the ERP SAP, reduced by 30% data input time, ensured compliance to hazardous goods regulation.
